Our visionary leader behind Info-Tech, Mr Babu, co-founded the company in 2007 as a five-person software company in Singapore.

Today, he is the driving force behind Info-Tech with over 500+ employees globally, that serves over 23,000+ customers. He helped transform the old legacy DOS and Windows-based systems into the current highly successful cloud-based HRMS and Accounting system. With a “Fear Not” mindset, he is a hands-on person, actively involved in all aspects of Info-Tech’s operations and strategic planning.

His goal is to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the backbone of the economy, by providing them with affordable, user-friendly HRMS and Accounting solutions. This reflects his commitment to addressing the specific challenges faced by smaller businesses, helping them streamline their operations through efficient software solutions. The emphasis on first-class customer support underscores Mr. Babu's dedication to ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need to maximise the benefits of Info-Tech's products.

Mr. Babu's influence extends beyond the business realm, as he is deeply committed to philanthropy. His support for education initiatives targeting underprivileged groups showcases a commitment to social responsibility. He is a regular contributor to the School Pocket Money Fund (providing financial help to school children), SINDA & Bizlink (serving the disability community) in Singapore. Furthermore, he has contributed to the construction of schools, community centres, and a temple in his hometown in India.

Torrance embarked on her transformative expedition with Info-Tech in 2007, initially assuming the role of an admin.

Throughout the years, she has traversed the professional landscape with remarkable agility, ascending the corporate hierarchy from her initial administrative position to a pivotal role in sales. Her journey continued to unfold as she assumed the mantle of General Manager, and today, she stands at the pinnacle of her career as the esteemed Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Affectionately recognised as the company's "superwoman," Torrance is a beacon of leadership and organisational prowess. Her adept management of a demanding schedule is a testament to her strategic acumen, skilfully orchestrating meetings and ensuring she dedicates meaningful time to engage with each department on a weekly basis.

Torrance's commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and mentorship within her team has solidified her reputation as an inspiring and influential leader. With a rare blend of vision, dedication, and interpersonal finesse, Torrance has not only steered the company through its evolution but has also become a driving force behind its success.

Dinesh is a results-driven and accomplished Technology Executive with a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, focused on propelling organisational growth through expert alignment of talent and technology strategies.

Adept at conceptualising, planning, and implementing transformative initiatives leveraging the power of the Microsoft Technology stack and Cloud Solutions. He holds a Master's Degree in Enterprise Systems from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.

His extensive technical knowledge and expertise have played a pivotal role in enhancing the product development journey at Info-Tech.

Thanks to Dinesh's contributions, our transition from on-premise HR systems to a cloud-based SaaS model has helped our clients reap substantial benefits, ushering in an era of improved efficiency and cost savings.

Juan Chow Yee joined Info-Tech in February 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him more than 35 years of experience in finance and corporate leadership. He oversees the Group’s finance, treasury, compliance, and investor relations functions, ensuring disciplined financial management and strong governance standards.

He works closely with the Executive Leadership team to align financial strategy with the Group’s long-term growth ambitions. His focus includes disciplined capital allocation, strengthening governance and compliance frameworks, and enhancing transparency in reporting to shareholders and stakeholders. He is also responsible for building scalable financial systems and processes to support operational expansion across regional markets.

Juan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and professional accounting qualifications. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership within public-listed and regulated environments, having led finance teams through complex reporting cycles, strengthened internal control frameworks, and supported strategic corporate initiatives. He adopts a structured, data-driven approach to financial management, reinforcing fiscal discipline while enabling sustainable growth.
