Criterias to be eligible to apply for PSG:

Registered & operating company in SG

Local Singapore registered company and currently operating

IT services must be used in SG

Purchased/ lease/ subscription of IT services must be used in Singapore

Minimum of 30% local shareholding

Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding (for selected solutions only)

Turnover < S$100 million, OR < 200 employees

Company’s Group annual sales turnover less than S$100 million, or less than 200 employees (for selected solutions only)
