Info-Tech Systems CEO Babu Dilip Makes S$100,000 Donation to SINDA to Uplift Singapore's Indian Community

SINGAPORE, 2021 - Mr Babu Dilip has made a personal donation of S$100,000 to the Singapore Indian Development Association ("SINDA"), an organisation dedicated to uplifting the socio-economic status of the Indian community in Singapore. Made in his individual capacity, the contribution supports SINDA's mission to build a more cohesive and resilient community.

SINDA's work spans a range of essential services, from educational support for students to initiatives that foster family harmony and strengthen the socio-economic position of ethnic Indians. Through its educational programmes, SINDA helps students reach their full potential by bridging academic gaps.

Mr Babu's donation supports SINDA's work in three key areas. Funds were directed to SINDA's educational programmes, which provide tuition, mentorship and resources to students, helping to address academic challenges within the community and open up better opportunities for future success.The donation also supports SINDA's community welfare programmes, which encourage community bonding and mental well-being and create a supportive environment that fosters family cohesion and social stability. In addition, the funds have helped establish activities and mentorship opportunities tailored to youth development, inspiring young members of the community to become active, engaged and future-ready citizens.
