Mr. Peter Lee is the Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Info-Tech, and a respected figure in the tech industry known for his innovation, strategic foresight, and deep business acumen. Since founding the Group in 2007, Mr. Lee has been instrumental in guiding its evolution from a start-up into one of the leading providers of HRMS solutions in the region.

Appointed Info-Tech’s Executive Chairman since February 2020, Mr. Lee provides strategic leadership, oversees executive management, ensures financial stewardship, drives product development initiatives, and fosters strong relationships with stakeholders. In September 2022, he also took on the role of Executive Chairman of SG Jobs Lah Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Info-Tech, and further expanding his leadership impact.

Mr. Lee’s vision for Info-Tech has always been clear: to revolutionise how businesses manage their human resource functions through cutting-edge technology. With a focus on empowering companies to streamline their HR processes, he led the development of Info-Tech’s comprehensive HRMS platform, positioning the Group as a trusted partner for organisations seeking efficient and scalable HR solutions.

Prior to co-founding Info-Tech, Mr. Lee gained valuable experience in both product and sales management. He began his career as a Product Manager at Dicklin Corporation (Pte.) Ltd. (1986–1993), and later served as Sales and Marketing Manager at Time Access International (1994–1995). Between 1996 and 2007, he was actively involved in developing and selling Microsoft Windows-based HR solutions with Info-Tech Systems International and its related entities, laying the groundwork for what would become Info-Tech Systems Integrators and eventually our Group today.

A strong advocate for innovation and leadership development, Mr. Lee is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders and believes in technology’s transformative power to reshape industries. Under his stewardship, Info-Tech remains committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and pushing the boundaries of HR technology.

Mr. Lee holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.

Mr. Babu is the visionary leader and co-founder of Info-Tech, having established the company in 2007 as a five-person software firm in Singapore. With a “Fear Not” mindset and a strong hands-on approach, he has played a pivotal role in transforming Info-Tech into a leading HR and Accounting solutions provider with over 500 employees serving more than 23,000 organisations spanning across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India.

As CEO, he oversees Info-Tech’s core business functions, including profit and loss management, marketing strategy, and the innovation and expansion of new products. Under his leadership, Info-Tech successfully transitioned from Windows-based systems to a cloud-based architecture. In 2016, the company launched its flagship cloud-based HRMS, which has become its primary revenue driver.

Mr. Babu has spearheaded the company's geographic and product expansion, entering markets such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, and India, while also introducing the Info-Tech Accounting Software and the Jobs Lah recruitment portal. His leadership also led to major upgrades in software development infrastructure, reinforcing data security and earning the company prestigious accreditations like the Data Protection Trust Mark and the Multi-Tier Cloud Security Certification.

With a mission to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) — the backbone of the economy — Mr. Babu is committed to providing cost-effective, easy-to-adopt and user-friendly digital solutions that streamline business operations. His emphasis on first-class customer support reflects deep dedication to helping clients succeed with the tools Info-Tech offers.

Beyond business, Mr. Babu is equally passionate about philanthropy. He is an active supporter of educational and social causes, contributing regularly to Singapore-based initiatives such as the School Pocket Money Fund, SINDA, and Bizlink. He has also funded the construction of schools, community centres, and a temple in his hometown in India, showcasing a strong sense of social responsibility.

Prior to founding Info-Tech, Mr. Babu held roles at companies including Nivetha Software Services & Consultants, EPS Computer Systems Pte. Ltd., and Info-Tech Systems International Pte. Ltd. from 1996 to 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Agriculture) from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.

Ms. Torrance Yeoh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Info-Tech, a role she has held since February 2020. Her journey with the Group is a remarkable story of growth, resilience, and leadership — beginning in January 2003 when she joined the Group as an administrative executive. Since then, she has steadily climbed the ranks, taking on progressively senior roles including Office Manager in 2004, General Manager in 2007, and now COO. Ms. Yeoh’s career progression within Info-Tech stands as a powerful testament to perseverance, adaptability, and the impact of dedicated leadership.

From her early days managing administrative functions and supporting HR operations, Ms. Yeoh demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and leadership potential. As Office Manager, she took charge of daily operations and workflow optimisation, laying the foundation for her eventual role as General Manager, where she began overseeing cross-functional teams spanning marketing, sales, support, and product development — responsibilities she continues to manage in her current role as COO.

Affectionately regarded as the company's “superwoman”, Ms. Yeoh is recognised for her strategic foresight, operational excellence, and people-first leadership style. Known for her disciplined and hands-on approach, she maintains a rigorous schedule that includes regular engagement with all departments, ensuring alignment and cohesion across the organisation.

Her commitment to foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, and collaboration has cemented her reputation as a transformative leader. Ms. Yeoh plays a critical role in guiding Info-Tech’s internal growth and operational success, serving as a driving force behind the Group's expansion and service excellence.

She holds a professional diploma in Accounting and Business Finance from the Kaplan Higher Education Institute.

Mr. Dinesh Somanchi is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Info-Tech and a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovation and digital transformation. He has deep expertise in the Microsoft Technology stack and cloud-based solutions, and specialises in aligning technology strategies with business goals to accelerate organisational growth.

Mr. Somanchi joined Info-Tech in June 2015 as a software programmer and quickly rose through the ranks due to his exceptional technical acumen and leadership qualities. He was promoted to Lead Software Programmer in October 2015 and played a pivotal role in the Group’s transition from on-premise HR systems to a cloud-based SaaS model—ushering in a new era of efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness for Info-Tech's clients. In March 2019, he was appointed Program Development Manager, overseeing end-to-end product development before assuming his current role as CTO in February 2020.

As CTO, Mr. Somanchi is responsible for defining the company’s product strategy, overseeing technological innovation, and managing the enhancement and support of Info-Tech’s full suite of solutions. He has been instrumental in strengthening the Group’s technology infrastructure and driving the continuous evolution of its cloud-based HR and Accounting platforms.

Before joining Info-Tech, Mr. Somanchi served as Associate Development Manager at Tenxlabs Technologies Private Limited in India (2010–2015), where he led a team delivering SaaS solutions to various enterprise clients. 

He holds a Master of Science in Enterprise Systems from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

With a results-driven mindset and a passion for transformative technology, Mr. Somanchi continues to lead Info-Tech’s innovation efforts, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of HR tech development.

Juan Chow Yee joined Info-Tech in February 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him more than 35 years of experience in finance and corporate leadership. He oversees the Group’s finance, treasury, compliance, and investor relations functions, ensuring disciplined financial management and strong governance standards.

He works closely with the Executive Leadership team to align financial strategy with the Group’s long-term growth ambitions. His focus includes disciplined capital allocation, strengthening governance and compliance frameworks, and enhancing transparency in reporting to shareholders and stakeholders. He is also responsible for building scalable financial systems and processes to support operational expansion across regional markets.

Juan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and professional accounting qualifications. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership within public-listed and regulated environments, having led finance teams through complex reporting cycles, strengthened internal control frameworks, and supported strategic corporate initiatives. He adopts a structured, data-driven approach to financial management, reinforcing fiscal discipline while enabling sustainable growth.

Mr Wan was appointed as the Lead Independent Director on 20th June 2025. He has over two decades of experience in the financial services and venture capital sector. He previously served as the Managing Director of Investments in Singtel Innov8 Pte. Ltd. from July 2020 to November 2025, where he managed an investment team in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, Mr Wan began his career in the Singapore Armed Forces, where he served as an army officer from December 1984 to March 1996. He later began his financial career as an investment manager in Vertex Management (II) Pte. Ltd. in March 1996. Thereafter, he joined Vertex Management Inc. as investment manager in September 1999 and later vice president, where he played a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities and managing risks for the company until December 2004.

Mr Wan subsequently took on the role of vice president of finance and administration at EEMS Asia Pte. Ltd. in January 2005, where he took charge of the start-up’s financial and administrative functions till May 2008. In June 2008, he ventured out to provide business consultancy services, before returning to EEMS Asia Pte. Ltd. as vice president of strategic planning and administration in March 2009, where he was responsible for implementing key strategic and administrative changes of the company. Mr Wan subsequently joined UOB Venture Management Private Limited as an executive director (investment) in July 2010, where he oversaw fund operations, and drove value creation and executed successful exits for his investment portfolios. He then moved on to other leadership roles in Heliconia Capital Management Pte. Ltd., where he served as director and deputy head of investments from April 2014 to April 2017, head of value creation from April 2017 to April 2019, and eventually, managing director of value creation from April 2019 to December 2019.

Mr Wan currently sits on the boards of the following public companies, Nanofilm Technologies International Limited (listed on the SGX-ST), AP Oil International Limited (listed on the SGX-ST) and Tat Hong Equipment Service Co., Ltd (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange). He has also been a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since August 2021. Mr Wan is concurrently an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School, Department of Finance, where he is teaching a course on venture capital and private equity. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Lee was appointed as an Independent Director on 20th June 2025. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Mr Lee is currently the Managing Director of Clover Point Consultants Pte. Ltd., an independent Board advisory and C- suite consulting firm. Previously, he was the director of risk management in Temasek International Pte. Ltd. until March 2024, where he spent over a decade managing enterprise risk, strategic portfolio and investment risk, while also advising on risk governance and providing oversight on investment strategies.  

Mr Lee’s career began at Singapore Airlines Limited in August 1996 as a corporate planning and fuel executive, where he was responsible for corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, purchasing and hedging jet fuel, and managing the operations of a full-service carrier. In November 2000, he served as a corporate finance manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Pte Ltd, where he advised on transactions involving merger and acquisitions and equity capital markets until July 2003. Mr Lee then moved on to Sabre Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (f.k.a. Abacus International Pte. Ltd.), where he served as a corporate planning and mergers and acquisition manager from August 2003 to January 2005, focusing on corporate strategy and acquisitions within global distribution systems. He then served as a strategy manager in Jetstar Asia Airways Pte. Ltd. for almost a year in May 2005, before returning to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an associate director in the transaction strategy group, overseeing due diligence, strategy-planning, and advisory on mergers and acquisitions. 

Mr Lee is currently a director of Clover Point Consultants Pte. Ltd.. He was previously a director of several private entities, namely, Bartley Investments Pte. Ltd., Butterworth Investments Pte. Ltd., Napier Investments Pte. Ltd., and Nassim Investments Pte. Ltd.. Mr. Lee has also been a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since March 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the Nanyang Technological University in June 1995 and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction (Finance) from the University of Leeds in June 2000.

Mr Tong was appointed as an Independent Director on 20th June 2025. He has over 30 years of experience in the legal sector and is presently a Partner in the Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, where he focuses on high-profile capital markets deals both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP in 2021, Mr Tong was as an associate at David Lim & Partners LLP from 1993 to 1997 before leaving to join Shook Lin & Bok LLP as an associate where he later made partner. Thereafter, he joined WongPartnership LLP as a partner from 2000 to 2010, and subsequently joined Clifford Chance Pte. Ltd. as a partner from 2010 to 2021. 

Mr Tong currently sits on the board of JurongHealth Fund (f.k.a JurongHealth Fund Limited) and Sustainable Finance Institute Asia Limited. He was previously a director of AVPN Limited (f.k.a. Asia Venture Philanthropy Network Limited). 

Mr Tong was admitted as a Member of the Bar of Wales and England with the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 1991 and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1993 and has been a qualified solicitor of England and Wales since 2009. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and was appointed as an Accredited Director in 2024. Mr. Tong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham.

Mr Lek was appointed as an Independent Director on 20th June 2025. He has over 10 years of experience in the technology and financial services sectors. He is currently the Managing Director and Group Head of Strategic Finance and Investors Relations at Grab Holdings Limited, where he leads group corporate planning and capital markets initiatives, playing a central role in shaping the company's financial and strategic direction. Notably, Mr Lek spearheaded Grab Holdings Limited’s landmark listing on Nasdaq in 2021, the largest U.S. listing by a Southeast Asian company to date.

Prior to joining Grab Holdings Limited, Mr Lek worked as an Equity Research Analyst in J.P. Morgan Chase Bank Berhad from 2014 to 2015 within the Macro Strategy team, before leaving to join Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte. from 2015 to 2017 as part of its Asia Pacific Global Investment Research Commodities team. Mr Lek graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick.
