Eligibility Criteria

1. Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw, or cancel any cashback awarded to you (including by deducting the cashback from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the cashback was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal, or cancellation.
2. Offer is not stackable with other Aspire or Info-Tech promotions unless stated otherwise.
3. Aspire’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
4. Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any sales transaction that may result in the customer failing to qualify for the promotion.
