You will learn to customise HRMS modules for your organisation’s needs and gain practical experience with the software. The course covers key HRMS software modules such as payroll management, leave management, claims management, and appraisals. It also provides strategies to boost productivity, enhance departmental efficiency, and increase employee satisfaction through interactive training sessions.

Learners must meet the following entry requirements to enrol in this course:

  • Possess at least a NITEC certification or have a min. of 2 years of HR-related work experience.
  • Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with numeracy skills at a min. proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5)

*Learners who do not meet the educational requirement but have at least one year of relevant working experience may be admitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.

The training will be held at Info-Tech's premises, conveniently located at 80 Bendemeer Road. Our training rooms are designed to be conducive and promote active involvement and direct interaction between trainers and participants.
