The Challenges
Before adopting Info-Tech's HRMS software, U&P relied on two separate systems for its HR operations: one for tracking time attendance and another for handling payroll, leave, and claims. This setup created significant challenges in employee data management, leading to increased inefficiencies and added administrative burdens on the HR team.
Additionally, during payroll processing, U&P had to check employee details manually by going back-and-forth between the two systems. This frequently caused payroll errors and consumed too much of HR’s time, making it difficult to streamline operations and keep accurate employee records. Soon, it became clear that a more efficient solution for managing employee data was needed.
