Thong Kheng Welfare Services Society is a Singapore-based non-profit welfare organisation operating an Adult Disability Home with respite care and day programmes, a Student Care Centre for children aged 7 to 14, and Senior Care Centres that serve over 400 low-income elderly residents annually. Automated payroll processing replaced manual calculations, reducing errors and ensuring that staff across all of the society's programmes are compensated accurately and on time. Bank detail management and automated pay slip creation further reduced administrative steps, while the employee mobile app enabled staff to manage their own entitlements directly.
Automated MOM OED and IRA8 reporting has removed the manual burden from compliance filing, giving the HR team confidence in their regulatory submissions.
