What began as a small venture during the 2021 pandemic has since grown into a formidable global team of over 100 incredibly talented individuals.

The Challenges

Pelago faced a roadblock with their previous HRMS software when it failed to provide audit log support, an essential feature they eagerly sought in their HRMS setup.

This obstacle forced them to dedicate additional time, which significantly impacted their productivity. They also encountered challenges with submitting expense claims due to the lack of user-friendliness in the previous HRMS.
