Fiready Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based fire safety solutions provider specialising in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire protection systems. With teams deployed across multiple project sites, the company relies on efficient workforce management to keep daily operations running smoothly and deliver timely service to its customers.
As the business expanded, Fiready recognised the need for a smarter way to manage attendance, payroll, and HR processes across its growing workforce.
One of the main improvements I see is that my staff do not go back to my admin so often to ask about ‘How many days of leave do I have?’ Everybody sees everybody’s leave schedule using the app so we are able to coordinate our schedules accordingly.
The Challenges
HR Processes Relied on Manual Paperwork
Before implementing Info-Tech HRMS, many of Fiready's HR processes relied on manual paperwork and coordination.
Employee claims were submitted using physical forms, making the process time-consuming and difficult to track. As documents passed between employees, supervisors, and the HR team, there were occasions where claim forms were misplaced, resulting in delays and additional follow-up.
Managing leave applications was also challenging. Employees couldn't easily see their colleagues' leave schedules, leading to additional coordination and approval delays. This often required additional communication and coordination with managers before leave requests could be approved

Claims can now be submitted electronically, eliminating paperwork and reducing the risk of misplaced forms. Employees also have better visibility of their colleagues' leave schedules, making leave planning and approvals much smoother.
Attendance is captured digitally through the mobile app, while payroll preparation is streamlined through automated attendance records, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.
