Before Captain K implemented Info-Tech HRMS software, its clock-in process was inefficient and time-consuming. Employees had to go to the basement office to record their attendance, which was particularly inconvenient in a three-level establishment. This process disrupted workflow and took up valuable time, hindering employees from serving customers, negatively impacting operational efficiency.
Moreover, Captain K was using manual methods to manage payroll and leave, which took a lot of time and often led to mistakes. Keeping attendance records accurate was tough, as there were frequent mismatches between attendance and payroll data, making payroll processing even more difficult for Captain K’s HR team.
