The Role:
As a Business Development Executive at Info-Tech, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through both inbound and proactive outreach efforts.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—understanding their needs, presenting our HR digitalization solutions, and guiding them toward success.
While most leads are inbound, you’ll also be empowered to canvass and identify new opportunities whenever needed to ensure consistent performance and growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging prospects to understand their business challenges and HR digitalisation needs.
- Qualify leads and recommend suitable Info-Tech solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through deal closure, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.
- Proactively identify and reach out to new prospects through outbound canvassing when inbound lead volume is low.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and referrals.
- Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage HR professionals, business owners, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing both inbound leads and proactive outbound sales activities.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of the sales pipeline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems to track sales activities and performance.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
