- Contract of Service and Contract for Service
- Law and Ethics in HR
- Workmen and non-Workmen
- Understand employment regulations and employer obligations regarding leave entitlement and working hours, including:
- Hiring procedures for part-time and foreign workers
- Working hours, overtime, and rest days
- Types of leave: Annual leave, sick leave, and government-paid leave
- Learn how to calculate salary components, and obligated employer contributions, including:
- Payment frequency and date considerations
- Individual tax income
- Itemised pay slips
- Authorised salary deductions, including CPF, SDL, and Self-Help Group funds
- Familiarise with the process for managing Termination, Resignation, Retrenchment, Absence without Leave, Retirement, and Re-Employment.
- Develop proficiency in fundamental software skills for utilising HRMS software, enhancing the efficiency of HR tasks through hands-on and practical training.

To be eligible for funding, individuals must attain a minimum attendance of 75%. If the course includes an assessment component, attendees are required to complete and pass the assessment. Do note that full course fees are non-refundable regardless of assessment results.
